Meaghan McKaige is a seasoned business and operations executive. Most recently McKaige was President of The Delaware Company, one of the country’s largest and most successful online incorporation services. At The Delaware Company, McKaige oversaw all business operations and spearheaded the company’s expansion into Nevada and Florida, as well as into international markets. McKaige was instrumental in the company’s acquisition by Wolters Kluwer (NL:WKL), a global multibillion-dollar revenue professional products and services corporation. Prior to The Delaware Company, McKaige was a serial entrepreneur who built several successful businesses. McKaige is an accomplished professional equestrian and was a member of the U.S. Equestrian Team.
